HOW TO COMPLETE AND SEND THE TLA 2010 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader. You can confirm this by going to Adobe where you can download the latest version FOR FREE.
2. Click on "Registration form" on the TLA Conference page. This will
bring up the adobe form that you can; complete on your computer and send, or
print out and complete by hand and send or compete on-line and print and send
by mail.
3. Once the form comes up highlight the field you
wish to complete with the cursor and enter the information. Blanks outlined
in red are required.
4. Be sure to take the discount if registration
is before the deadline.
5. To send the form by E-mail as an attachment
click on the envelope icon on the toolbar just above the form. This will bring
up an E-mail form with the attachment. Just copy and paste the E-mail address
for the secretary, "sec@texaslocksmiths.org" (no quotes) in the "to:"
line and add any message you desire. Press the send button and it will be send
to Secretary Mark Dawson.
6. To send the form by regular mail click on the
printer icon and print the form and mail it. This can be done as a blank form
to be completed by hand and mailed or as a completed form, your choice.
